Phoneless

who doesn't have a phone these days? I recently came across someone who didn't have a phone whatsoever. Ridiculous! It was an older man and all he had to say was "Phones have made society become socially interactive by technology and its ignorant" he seemed angry so i didn't press the subject. The more i thought about what he said the more i realized what he was meaning. I'm so accustom to the lifestyle with my phone, without it i would be completely lost. The crazy thing about it is that all its good for is communication which isn't a bad thing but what if we weren't able to just call someone? Or be able to ask google a question at whatever location we are at? We would all have to make a trip to see someone to be able to socialize and have to open a book to look up an answer to our question. Our generations technology is so advanced compared to the old mans generation that has caused him to hate it, which makes sense because that's how he grew up...doing things the old way. It will be the same way for us in 20+ years if you think about it.

Internet Addict

I read an article today about people addicted to the internet....crazy right? The more i sat and really thought about it, the more i realized its so true. I personally admit im am somewhat in need of the world wide web on a daily basis. It very well can be an addiction but i think it at matters what your addicted to. For instants lets just say like the average person who facebooks, downloads music, games, etc for 8 hours a day....yea that's understandable. Unlike someone who emails, runs a business, news, etc. theres no limit to the web anything and everything can be found. I take advantage of it by constantly educating my self politically, internationally, and use it as a way to express myself. To call it an addiction is understandable but to say that it can get excessive and cause disorders is a whole different story. I want to look more into this and will definitely be putting together a more detailed opinion post.

Pet Peeve:Pushing Carts!

I HATE pushing carts! i refuse to do it. I have alot of respect for people who can. You have to go into a store with patience and in the zone. I call it organized cluster because space is limited and everybody goes into frenzy's when it comes to shopping. Isles are to small, people stop and text in the middle, and its becomes an obstacle course. imagine if society drove in the streets and had the same attitudes they did in the store....things would become chaotic rel quick. All in all some actions and procedures should be made easier. Maybe its just me but this is something i strongly stand behind just because its just not my cup of Joe.

New Beginnings

Ive recently had a new beginning 4 months ago. A huge transition from a completely crazy lifestyle to a new mindset lifestyle. A whole new location also. From a little city to an over populated city. I'm not gonna lie, the transition was pretty ridiculous and hard at first but when you come to realization that this is what your heart wants and feels is the best for you, you feel complete in that moment. My mindset has changed so much, so quickly for the best in my opinion. A clean slate is an opportunity that cant be passed up. I believe it only truly happens once and that it should be taken advantage of to your best ability. There is so much to life its crazy. You can literally do anything and everything. I didn't realize his before but now with this opportunity that has raised i can see clearly now the path i want to take in life.

Face Tats

Whats your opinion? Me personally, I'm not opposed to the idea. I think its your body and you do what you want. But the real question is if its accepted in our society today. Friends of mine have tattoos on their face and it doesn't really seem like its an issue to anybody. I guess it could be who you surround yourself by or what it is that's on your face. Size matters i guess you can say. Ive seen an ice cream cone that was about 4 inches big, which i think is a little ridiculous but like i said who am i to say anything. If its not racist or hurtful towards anyone or anything everything should be fine. I have heard older peoples opinions and to sum it up they think its dumb, which is understandable since they grew up in a different generation. different times have different ideas. Something i thought about was in ten years from now whats gonna be societies opinion then? Since everything pretty much changes decade to decade.

LA County Fair

Oh gosh i dont even know where to start. In the heart of pomona comes one of the most ridiculous fairs in the U.S. it come for about a month and receives a huge amount of revenue. $20 parking and $17 just to get in, do i need to explain more? On a different note the fun and excitement is what its really worth. Many activities, attractions, and booths. My only concern of the whole fair was the environment because first off everyone and there mother went and the HEAT was unbearable! Having the fair in the prime of summer is a bad idea especially when thousands pack together in one fairplex. Other than that the people who ran everything were awesome. I'm pretty sure i witnessed every product and service in the expo buildings which was really neat. I highly recommend to at least experience it once.

Tension

Tension builds character. On a daily basis people deal with tension constantly. What would the world be without it? Most would agree that our world would be a better place without it but i beg to differ. You might think im crazy but ive realized that im finally understanding tension. To understand tension you have to feel tension. The truth is in the tension, you become creative when emotions take over.
